Refund policy
All purchases are guaranteed to be as described. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return Artwork in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have any concerns or damaged has occurred during shipping please contact us immediately so we can help resolve your issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and insurance. Please contact us immediately upon your decision to return Artwork to make the arrangements. To be eligible for a refund, your Artwork must be returned in the original condition as received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting Artwork. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
